New Year of business travel with Vipservice


On December 22, AZIMUT Smolenskaya Hotel in Moscow hosted Vipservice Christmas Party business breakfast for corporate clients of the holding. Vipservice Christmas Party guests discussed how the pandemic and the development of online services have changed business trips and business meetings over the past 2 years. In 2021, some of the events returned offline, though virtual meetings became the norm. Travel managers were looking for new ways to optimize their travel budget, and travel services accumulated ever more technologies. Another trend was the development of IT ecosystems.

Galina Polishchuk shared the IT development plans of Vipservice Corporate Business in the New Year. The team has already begun building a large-scale tech ecosystem, for example, through upgrading Vipservice online platforms for ordering and analyzing business trips, including Portbilet TMS, Time To Go Pro and OKO.

In 2022, Vipservice will connect new suppliers to transport aggregator TicketMe and expand the options for processing online payments using theMAP service. Most importantly, it will offer even more benefits to corporate customers.
