New cooperation - Vipservice and Conviasa

Conviasa (abbreviated from Consorcio Venezolano de Industrias Aeronáuticas y Servicios Aéreos, S.A.) is a Venezuelan airline based at the international airport of Maiketia named after Simón Bolívar. The largest airline in Venezuela, serving domestic destinations as well as routes in South America and the Caribbean.

Conviasa is administered by the Ministry of Water and Air Transport of Venezuela. The airline is owned by the Venezuelan government (80%) and the regional government of the state of Nueva Esparta (20%). The airline made its first flight to Russia in 2021.
