ATH integration features an open house at Vipservice.

On September 3, the Vipservice office flipped its business calendar with an unusual open house. The event was held to mark the integration of ATH into Vipservice's corporate business.

Irina Solovyova, CEO of the Vipservice holding company, opened the business breakfast with an insight into the life and work of the leading business travel company.

The holding company’s experts then discussed the current state of the business travel market, new digital tools for corporate clients, and premium service.

"Welcome to the VipService team! We are joining forces to become even stronger. We are confident that together we will be able to offer our clients and partners the best service terms and quality on the market," said Galina Polishchuk, Managing Director of Corporate Business at Vipservice, as she welcomed the participants.

At a later point during the event, guests had the opportunity to speak with VipService’s top management and leading specialists, as well as tour the operational departments and get a behind-the-scenes look at the workings of Russia’s largest business travel and MICE agency.

Customers noted that such meetings help them better understand each other’s internal processes: not only to address day-to-day operational challenges, but also to lay a solid foundation for a long-term strategic partnership.
