This is to inform you that we have improved our 24/7 call center to support sales of ground services, particularly including: accommodations in hotels, lease of transfers, purchase of insurance policies and tickets for Aeroexpress:

You may contact the call center round the clock with regard to the following issues:

1. Consulting on the issues concerning the existing reservations or possible reservations of ground services.

2. Updating information on the reserved services (description, updating the type of service).

3. Full cycle of order support until the client comes back.

4. Technical alternation of the existing reservations (Cancellation/Replacement/Error).

5. Request for reservation confirmation from the provider/hotel for the purpose of visa obtainment.

6. Offers from hotels upon request.

7. Request for additional services, introduction of comments to the order.
