Plekhanov Russian University of Economics with the assistance of Vipservice Holding and Sabre, the leading technology provider in global travel industry, will conduct the round table discussion for the partners of Business Travel sector on the following topic: "The Reverse Side of Economical Purchases. Loyalty in the midst of Disloyal Times on the Corporate Tourism Market".

The corporate tourism market is going through a hard time. Need to economize makes companies to require agencies to minimize their remuneration. And zero agency commission used in tenders for corporate customers servicing is not unusual. However, all the market players understand that zero service fee is a fiction. TMS should generate profit to be capable to ensure qualitative services providing and the development of technological solutions which have become an obligatory condition in cooperation with company internal customers and their prompt servicing.
