Online workouts for employees

Vipservice holding, together with X-Fit fitness club network, provided opportunity of online trainings for its employees. 21s April was the first workout day. Fitness trainer has developed for us two options for different fitness level. Morning exercises are aimed at stretching, muscle tone. Evening ones are strength workout.

X-Fit is the most widespread fitness club network in Russia, with more than 90 clubs in the network. Only qualified trainers work in the club. X-Fit is a member of international fitness association IHRSA. The company has received more than fifty prestigious awards, prizes, diplomas and diplomas.
