On sale prohibition of travel services to Italy, Korea and Iran

Vipservice Holding encourage you to follow Rosturism recommendations, connected with the Rospotrebnadzor warning about a safety threat to the tourists in the Italian Republic, the Republic of Korea and the Islamic Republic of Iran due to the spread of coronavirus. Starting February 27, 2020, Russian travel operators and travel agents shall stop selling tours and selected travel services to Italy, Korea and Iran and must warn tourists about the health risks and the procedure for amending the contract.

Under the circumstances, Russian tourists have the unconditional right to demand termination of the contract for tourist product sale or change in its conditions (changing directions, rescheduling, etc.) (Articles 10, 14 of Law No. 132-FZ, Article 451 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation)

Upon termination of such agreement before the start of the trip, the tourist and (or) another customer will be refunded amount of money equal to the total price of the travel product, and after the start of the tri, a part of it will be refunded in the amount proportional to the cost of the services rendered (Article 14 of Law No. 132-FZ).

Citizens (independent travelers) who have purchased certain travel services (transportation, accommodation, excursions, etc.) to the Italian Republic, the Republic of Korea and the Islamic Republic of Iran are entitled to apply at the place of purchase of such services for refund in accordance with the Civil Law of the Russian Federation and the legislation of the Russian Federation on consumer protection.
