Vipservice financial supervisors beat their own records

Every year, Vipservice financial supervisors show increase in customer focus. This is evidenced by the results of the feedback which the holding regularly collects once in 5 years. And 2019 is the best example. This time, personal assessments of the supervisors and the general department broke past records, as close as possible to the highest.

In the individual competition, one of the newcomers among her colleagues became the best employee. She scored 4.99 points out of 5 possible - no expert has ever received such recognition in the entire history of customer surveys. We remind that financial supervisors are evaluated according to the following criteria: presentation, telephone communication, business correspondence, performance of official duties.

The team result is also the highest over the past 5 years - 4.91 points. Since the beginning of 2018, the department has improved the quality of its work, according to customers, by 10%.
