From December 17 to 24, the Vipservice Holding hosted the presentation of consulting projects for graduate students of the Higher School of Management at the Higher School of Economics. Work subjects for five groups of students were previously proposed by the holding's management based on current tasks for 2020:
• Development of a plan to promote an airline company in the digital space;
• Strategy for attracting and retaining employees of the commercial development unit;
• The concept of developing a corporate portal;
• The model of corporate travel services for holding employees.

The selection committee of the relevant areas’ directors - sales of air transportation, HR, marketing - was headed by the company's executive director Irina Solovieva. In her opinion, the students did a great job - from interviewing employees to analyzing the market and using modern business tools - and their projects have a chance to be used. “Most of the proposals are absolutely practical, some of them were noted. In any case, it was mutually beneficial communication and knowledge sharing, ” she said.

“For students, participating in solving real problems is a powerful motivator and a way to test what they are capable of. The Holding in this case acts as an element of the educational environment. In addition, the company may consider the staff of one of the best Russian universities, ” said Lev Tatatarchenko, director of the Higher School of Management at the Higher School of Economics.

According to the results of the presentation, the Holding represented by the Customer of consulting projects should evaluate the level of undergraduate work at the Higher School of Management of the Higher School of Economics. It is possible that some students will be invited to prestigious practice in Vipservice.
