On December 18, Vipservice shareholders and top managers gathered together for a gala dinner at the Holding’s media center. All those present traditionally attended the event not only as business leaders but as elegant ladies and gentlemen. The elaborated atmosphere and excellent taste at the evening are the work of the MaisonDellos chef sommelier and cook.

Top managers shared their achievements: plans for 2019 have been realized. The keynote was structural change. Subagent business and IT development have expanded significantly, but not due to recruiting new staff, rather due to the reorganization of units in order to change business processes.

Executive Director of Vipservice Irina Solovieva was thanked constantly. It was she who has managed setting the right course and supporting her colleagues in achieving worthy results. It became a necessity to work as a single, complex, multi-component Swiss watch mechanism - most of the Holding’s strategic projects require involvement of three or more divisions.

Much was said at the evening about Vipservice globalization strategy. To judge by the presentations of top managers, each of them clearly sees their possible contribution to entering new markets and has no doubt that the goals set, like those of this year, will be achieved.

On behalf of the entire top manager team, Irina thanked the company shareholders: “Thanks to your support for the MBA project from the Higher School of Economics, in the near future, a management team will be formed in the holding, which will lead our ship for the next 10 years!”

A survey to get feedback on the event showed that the cuisine and wines from MaisonDellos were excellent, the presentations were entertaining and informative, and the seemingly strict BlackTie dress code was enjoyed with pleasure. It’s not often you can see so many ladies in the evening gowns and gentlemen with bow ties in the office.
