Business education begins for senior managers of the Holding

Vipservice celebrated the Russian Knowledge Day on 12 September. That's when 14 senior managers of the company started the MBA course organised by Higher School of Economics for the Vipservice Holding. Vipservice employees received this opportunity as a gift from shareholders for the company's birthday. Irina Solovyova, Managing Director of Vipservice Holding, congratulated the new learners and raised a glass of champagne for the successful programme start.

"A true senior manager never stops learning: you've got to read at least a couple of books on professional development each year, and visit seminars on the topics you're interested in. But this has to supplement a solid knowledge system that comes with business education. Today you have the opportunity to start forming or reinforcing this system," Irina Borisovna encouraged the team.

The first class at the Vipservice office was actually held by the Dean of HSE Higher School of Management, Sergey Filonovich himself. Managers confessed that the first experience was incredible and they could not wait to meet the professor again. The next meeting will take place in a dedicated classroom at the Vipservice Training Centre which is almost finished and ready after the repairs. In any case, the foundation has been laid and the first group of managers has already embarked on the exciting journey of developing their professional expertise. And we wish them the best of luck!
