On 11th December, Rossiyskaya Gazeta (Russian Gazette) issued an article concerned with the problems of Zhemchuzhnaya Reka — a Russian tour operator company. As a representative of ATOR, Dmitry Gorin explained to the journalists that the company had not been yet declared bankrupt, which meant no insurance mechanisms were available.
