Vipservice is glad to inform

In October 2018, a single operational centre for ground services was established in the Procurement Department of the Vipservice Holding. It consists of two divisions. The first division provides accounting support for ground service providers, and the second one is a Call Centre to support ground service bookings located in Krasnodar.

In connection with the establishment of the operations centre, the Ground Services Procurement Department expanded the office space for its Call Centre in Krasnodar and appointed additional staff to handle bookings. All these measures will allow the Department to provide the Holding's internal customers with an expanded range of services since 2019.
