Vipservice took part in the off-site ATA Conference

The 11th off-site conference of the Alliance of Travel Agencies (ATA) was held from 27 to 31 October 2018 in the Turkish city of Kemer. The event was attended by Dmitry Gorin, Director General of Vipservice Holding and a member of the ATA Board.

First of all, the participants of the Conference in Kemer discussed new trends in relations between tour operators and travel agencies. The event was a question-and-answer session, where participants and industry experts could discuss the most pressing issues, in particular, those related to the interaction of tour operators and travel agents. Speakers were representatives of leading insurance companies and major players in the tourism market. ATA members discussed the most important issue for the industry in the field of liability insurance of tour operators and the possibility of obtaining an insurance policy for tourists for each individual tour.

Dmitry Gorin, as a member of the Board of the Alliance of Travel Agencies, noted that this event was very useful in terms of developing a common strategy for the market and added that the conference has become an excellent platform for the exchange of experience.
