Same day late evening, when the aircraft with Russian tourists, that was delayed for more than 24 hours, was on the way from Cancun to Moscow, in the live broadcasting of Vesti.24 TV channel head of Vipservice clarified position of the authorities as regards to reimbursement payment to passengers. As the Federal Tourism Agency director counselor for aviation issues and a member of the crisis committee for the Cancun situation, Dmitry Gorin said, that all tourists from this flight will receive reimbursement, and Russian aviation authorities will initiate a dialog with their Mexican colleagues in order to prevent such incidents in future.
