Russia's leading consolidator of air and rail ticket sales has increased its stake in Sincura Russia to 90%.
"Throughout the development of this project, we have seen strong synergies between the concierge service and the Holding's other businesses," says Irina Solovyova, CEO of Vipservice Holding. "The addition of this business enabled us to enter the premium services segment and establish a strong reputation. Today, every second inquiry we receive from prospective clients comes through personal recommendations."

Following the increase in ownership, the Sincura Russia brand has been renamed Sincura Vipservice, and a new Chief Executive Officer has been appointed. Effective July 1, 2026, Philipp Lukyanenko has assumed the role of CEO.
Philipp Lukyanenko was born on July 16, 1968, in Saint Petersburg. He graduated from the Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia. He began his career in the advertising industry in 1991 before moving into the business travel sector, where he spent more than 20 years with the Russian office of HRG (Hogg Robinson Group).
Following the merger of HRG and GBT American Express in 2019, he became CEO of ATH Group, the official representative of GBT American Express in the Russian Federation.
