On 9 December, a festive event for Vipservice Holding employees was held at the office media centre to mark the upcoming New Year.
This year, the Vipservice office was decorated with motifs from Pyotr Ershov’s fairy tale in verse “The Little Humpbacked Horse”, rendered in the style of Palekh miniature painting. Building on the chosen theme, a lecture on Palekh, a unique centre of Russian icon painting and lacquer miniatures, was held for employees.

The lecture was delivered by Ksenia Khramova, a master of decorative and applied arts and folk crafts, an instructor with 15 years of experience, and an art historian specialising in Russian artistic traditions. The speaker covered the history of Palekh art, its traditions and artistic features, and its place within Russia’s folk crafts tradition. Event participants also learned about other centres of lacquer miniature painting and the distinctive features of their artistic style.

In addition to the cultural programme, the event included festive New Year congratulations for employees. At the media centre, warm words of appreciation were shared for the joint efforts, the results of the past year were reviewed, and best wishes were expressed for a successful and productive year ahead.
The event brought together art, education and a festive atmosphere, creating a special New Year spirit for Vipservice Holding employees.
