When arranging business travels, the production calendar is automatically considered, which indicates working days, weekends, and national holidays for the current year.

If a business trip falls on a weekend or holiday, the application offers two compensation options:

• Double pay for work on weekends and non-working national holidays;
• Single pay plus a day off within one year from the day of work on a weekend or a non-working national holiday (in accordance with the new revision of Article 153 of the Russian Labor Code dated March 1, 2025).

If an employee decides to stay at the destination on weekends or national holidays for personal reasons, these days should be marked as Personal to be automatically excluded from the compensation section.
