The Vipservice corporate business became the exclusive partner of the anniversary BBT Forum 2023 in TMC category

On March 23, 2023, at the Radisson Blu Olimpiysky, Vipservice took part in the Buying Business Travel Forum 2023 and acted as the exclusive partner of the event in the Travel Management Company (TMC) category.

The event was held with the support of Mostourism and brought together more than 350 delegates from the business travel and business event industry. Corporate clients, heads of leading TMC and MICE agencies, representatives of airlines, hotels and IT providers gathered at one place.

The Forum business program included expert discussions, in two of which Vipservice took part. The main stage work was opened with the travel leaders’ session “TMC Stars. What? Where? When?” in which one of the participants was Galina Polishchuk, managing director of the corporate business. She shared trends in development of professional business travel management agencies, spoke about online and offline balance, industry innovations, and also gave valuable advice on managing travel programs in rapidly changing environment.

Then, in the session “Business Travel Industry Trends Through the Eyes of Corporate Buyers”, the Vipservice representatives together with expert companies including AIM Management, Corporate Solutions Center, Softline, Cifra Broker and Cifra Bank, discussed what would drive the market today, how it would change and adapt. The meeting was moderated by Tatyana Vampilova, PR Director of the Vipservice corporate business.

The Forum ended with convocation of the Index BBT diplomas, during which Vipservice received the award in two categories at once - TMC and MICE.
