Hamilton Apps Vipservice: New Assignment


There have been some personnel changes at the Vipservice holding company. Starting from 1 September, 2022, the Hamilton Apps team will be headed by Julia Braginskaya as Managing Director. "Today we see that the cloud solutions for managing business trips and advance payment reports have enormous market potential," believes Irina Solovyova, CEO of the holding company. "It is essential to bolster our development team with a strong and experienced manager in the field of IT development".

Julia's expertise within the holding company is impressive: previously she held the position of Managing Director of Vipservice Technologies at the Intangible Assets, Domains, Trademarks and Development Teams Management Centre (3 own, 4 outsourced). Vipservice Technologies comprises 9 self-developed solutions, which are among the leaders in the travel industry, and more than 15 out-of-the-box solutions, custom-tailored to the holding company's business processes. Julia Braginskaya is an MBA graduate of the Higher School of Economics, which is very important. Vipservice is confident that the knowledge and experience that Julia has accumulated over more than 10 years will really enrich Hamilton Apps' cloud services business unit.

At this point, it's safe to say that Hamilton Apps is about to make the process of managing business trips and advance payment reports twice as fast, thus saving accountable employees, their managers and accountants from excess paperwork and providing them with full transparency of interaction and easy control over policies and limits. Corporate travellers can make a business trip or report on it on the fly from any mobile device, attach all the necessary supporting documents and coordinate all of this with the accounting department and their supervisor. Integration of the system with SAP and 1C allows both for working efficiently with the two systems simultaneously and for smoothly transitioning between them.

Vipservice Holding Company was founded in 1993. It is Russia's largest air and rail ticket sales consolidator. Over 13 million passengers use travel documents issued through Vipservice every year.

Today, one in every 5 seats on Aeroflot and Ural Airlines flights and one in every 3 seats on Azimut flights are booked via Vipservice. The company sells more air tickets than entire countries, for instance, Thailand, Turkey or New Zealand.

Today the holding company owns more than ten types of businesses: a sub-agency network, a business travel organiser, an online ticket agency, an IT systems developer, an aggregator of transport and hotel content, a concierge service, and a training centre. As an operator, Vipservice manages three hotel projects.

Today the holding's representative offices and businesses are located in 10 cities of Russia and the CIS.
