Corporate identity: brand value

It is well known: the stronger the brand, the richer the company. Vipservice is the largest organization with a long history; at the same time, it is a dynamic and modern company focused on European standards of brand development.

The corporate identity, which the holding is known for today, was created about 10 years ago. Over the years, a long way has been passed, but today the employees are inspired by the slogan “We work to win your heart”. Vipservice has managed to take a strong position in the Russian market, and since 2019 a course “towards globalization” has been adopted. And the change in strategy is now featured in brand communication: the company's website operates in 4 languages, the Portbilet IT solution is registered in an impressive number of countries. The stylized world map was of particular importance and became an important element in the design of business documents.

With the help of the international agency INTObranding, a management has been created following the rules for the use of corporate symbols and identification. “Management is a widely used practice, this is the right thing, it eliminates discrepancies in the corporate style and makes it easier to work not only with the invited designers but also our own employees,” comments Tatiana Sirotinina, director of the subagent business marketing department of Vipservice holding.

In order to accumulate all the brands of the Vipservice holding, a modern resource automated storage ci-tool was chosen. All key information on both business assets and our own IT developments is collected there.

The work on the information classification by brands gave another useful additional result: the development history of the Portbilet brand was collected which was reflected in the advertising of this product.

The practice of creating such repositories of information is widespread abroad; in Russia it is, perhaps, a unique experience in systematizing all aspects of a brand. Which proves once again that Vipservice is a progressive multinational company.
